National Warranty Company
National Warranty Company engaged Virtue Developments to fully extend and renovate the bathroom facilities including disabled areas for a growing company of over 30 staff. Toilet facilities installed were fully automated flush systems and the installation of structural steel of storage over the toilet areas to create mezzanine floors.

McMahon Street office extension
The project at McMahon Street included the extension of an existing automotive repair business to include a brick veneer office areas, brew room and 2 x mezzanine floor areas and rear canopy wash bays.

Extension and Renovation works at Rosedale Tavern
The owners of the Rosedale Tavern engaged Virtue Developments to extend the bottle shop and renovations to the function area. Works involved matching materials and roofline structures to existing Tavern and working with gaming authorities for the installation of full TAB facilities
