Can you give us a quote from our own plans?
Yes, we can provide a fixed quote on your own plans supplied by an independent draftsperson or architect.

Where do you build new homes?
We build in the Gippsland area and have built homes in Traralgon, Morwell, Moe, Sale, Toongabbie, Mirboo North. We have also recently expanded to building in the Warragul & Drouin Areas.

How long will it take Virtue Homes to build our new home?
As all Virtue Home are Custom Designed, depending on the complexity of your home, construction can take anywhere from 8-12 months. Please talk to us about your individual circumstances so we can discuss you construction requirements
How quickly can we get started?
Once you have started your administration process with your allocated Project Administrator, this process until a site commencement can take anywhere from 3-4 months. This includes all Contract works, full colour selections, Building Permits and any other specific requirements to your custom designed home.
Can you help us with finance?

Can your standard plans be changed to suit our ideas?
Yes we have a full in house drafting team that will work with you to make changes to plans and produce 3D external images. We will continue to work with you through the design process while your plans come to life
