The Marshall 28 Display Home will be closing for good on Sunday 30 November 2025.

The time has come for us to retire our award-winning Marshall 28 display home in Traralgon. After three years serving as one of Gippsland’s most-awarded display homes, The Marshall 28 is getting its keys handed back to the owners. 

Though we are sad to see The Marshall go, we are thrilled for the owners, who now get to move into and enjoy their beautiful home. The Marshall has served as the inspiration for many homes over the last few years, offering a family-oriented and affordable option to prospective new home builders that still has the renowned Virtue Homes quality.
