This home was specifically designed to embrace natural light, privacy, and connection. With three distinct living zones and a central space that celebrates open plan and indoor-outdoor living, it truly maximises its north-facing orientation. The unique design showcases Virtue’s diversity and proficiency in creating custom homes that are not only tailored to specific blocks, but also to each client’s personal style and taste.
Visualising Your Dream Home
Our in-house Design Team brings these concepts to life through detailed 3D floor plans, giving every client the opportunity to visualise and experience their dream home during the planning process. We generate detailed floorplans, 3D models and facade renders for every project, allowing clients to see and refine the space they are creating. This high level of detail and care sets our talented team apart, with an incredible level of work going into each home.
Walk Through Your Design Before We Build
As part of the building journey with Virtue, every client is invited to a fly-around meeting with our Design Team. During this session, clients are guided through a 3D model of their home and can explore the floorplan in a simulated environment. This experience not only helps clients feel more confident in their choices, but also allows for any changes to be made before construction begins.
A Preview of What’s to Come
This design was initially conceptualised by our in-house Design Team for the new Virtue Homes Display Home, coming mid-2026. The brief: to create a completely new display home that stood apart from our four existing display homes, while making the most of the prominent corner block. The result is a stunning sectional layout that maximises its north-facing position. While new plans are already in development for our next display home, the Northe’s 3D render and detailed plans remain a powerful showcase of our Design Team’s creativity and expertise – long before there’s even a slab on the ground.
