Engineer-Designed Slabs: We use 300mm waffle pods with deeper than standard edge beams, a 100mm thick slab, and 82 bar trench mesh, all exceeding Australian Standards.

Retaining Walls and Drainage: We offer a comprehensive package, providing a fixed quote for all necessary retaining walls and drainage solutions.

Fall of Land: We design our homes to harmonize with the natural slope of the land. Instead of burying the house into the ground, we strategically cut and fill the terrain, incorporating steps within the home to create a cohesive and visually appealing design.

Plumbing: We install top-tier fixtures like Franke brand sinks and twin rail shower heads, ensuring durability and aesthetic appeal. We offer top of the range tapware products from companies like ABI Tapware and Reece Plumbing.

Insulation: Our homes feature Bradford gold batts with R2.0 for walls and R4.1 for ceilings, offering better thermal efficiency.

Air tightness: We offer a guaranteed air tightness of no less no less than 5 air changes per hour. 

Termite-Treated Timber: Our timber frames use T2 Blue treated timber, eliminating the need for annual pest spraying and ensuring long-term protection.

Timber Frame and Trusses: Hand-built on-site using 90 x 35 studs at 450mm spacings for superior strength.

Trade Support: Our carpenters are directly employed by Virtue Homes, meaning they work exclusively for us. They are highly skilled, take pride in their craftsmanship, and hand-build all frames on-site, rather than using factory prefabrication.

Other Trades: With over 20 years of experience, we have partnered with the best local concreters, bricklayers, plasterers, plumbers, and electricians, all of whom are familiar with our high standards. This ensures we have complete trust and control over their work. We do not hire subcontractors from outside our region at low labor rates.

Ceiling Heights: We provide 2550mm ceilings standard in all our homes.

Carpet and Underlay: Vast selection of Mid-range carpets with Superlux underlay for extra comfort.

Skirtings: 92mm skirtings with multiple profiles, compared to the smaller single profiles offered by volume builders.

Lighting: Comprehensive lighting packages, including downlights and power points, customised with the electrician on-site.

Garages: All garages have a min 6 metre internal measure and 5.0 wide garage door, ensuring two vehicles can fit comfortably with ability to walk around each car.

Joinery: Customised appointments with cabinetmakers to ensure every detail meets your needs, from stone to a vast range of handles and finishes. Bring in photos and images of your dream kitchen and we can incorporate all these ideas into your home.

Shelving: Dual hanging options, multiple drawer units, and on-site customisation.

Flooring: Vast Selection of high-quality glued-down vinyl floors with silicone finishes for a neat look, or the option of engineering timber or floating floors, polished concrete, tiles of all shapes and sizes.

Wall Tiling: Vast selection of wall tiling including the latest in tile designs and laying styles.

Other Features: Three external taps, maintenance free aluminium glass doors for natural light in garages and laundry, double glazed windows, grey-tinted windows to front, locks to all windows and a water point for the fridge.

Convenience and Comfort: Privacy locks on WC doors, solar hot water systems, and a clothesline supplied and installed.
