Lavish finishes give this exquisite feat of modern design a luxe feel, while intentional landscaping maximises the home’s lot and location.

The owner is a professional chef, and therefore needed the kitchen to be the stand-out in this architectural design. Virtue Homes’ design team worked with the owner and cabinetmakers to create this bespoke kitchen that is the dream for any foodie. Featuring a built-in coffee nook, full walk-in butler’s pantry, and high-end appliances, this kitchen truly is the beating heart of the home.

Following seamlessly from the kitchen and dining area, the twin decks create distinct vignettes where the host and guests can unwind in the serenity of the backyard. The decking features curved edges which mimic the fluid landscaping design, and draws the eye to the circular Plungie pool nestled in the yard’s corner. The white rendering, sandy crazy paving and light stonework gives the exterior a mirage-like facade.
