FEATURE HOME – The Entertainer

Nestled in a tranquil neighborhood, this bespoke residence stands as a testament to visionary design and meticulous craftsmanship. Envisioned and realized in collaboration with Virtue Homes, the project began with a clear directive from the homeowner: to create a distinctive sanctuary that seamlessly blends luxury with everyday functionality.

Externally, the home exudes a unique charm with its striking façade designed to stand out yet harmonize with its surroundings. From the hardwood timber battens to the San Selmo Corso Livenza Italian bricks, every element was chosen to enhance both aesthetic appeal and durability. Large butt glass windows flood the interior with natural light, accentuating the seamless connection between indoor living spaces and the meticulously landscaped gardens and pool area, achieving the coveted "resort feel" desired by the homeowner.

Internally, the home is a masterpiece of modern design and luxury. Stepping through the expansive glass entryway, guests are greeted by soaring 3.3-meter ceilings and an open-plan layout that effortlessly merges the kitchen, dining, and living areas. The centerpiece is a 1200mm wide gas log fireplace, strategically positioned to define and divide the living spaces without compromising the sense of openness.

The kitchen is a chef's dream, featuring generous stone benchtops and top-of-the-line appliances, including a 900mm oven with a second steamer oven, all seamlessly integrated into a functional butler's pantry. Throughout the home, thoughtful design details abound, from the timber feature walls to the poured concrete benchtops in the bathrooms, each element chosen for its quality and aesthetic impact.

The master bedroom, strategically located for privacy and panoramic pool views, epitomizes luxury with its custom-designed walk-in robe and ensuite. Floor-to-ceiling glass windows frame the pool like a living artwork, fulfilling the homeowner's desire for a seamless connection between indoor comfort and outdoor tranquillity.

Beyond aesthetics, sustainability was a key consideration in the design. The home maximizes natural light, reducing reliance on artificial lighting and enhancing energy efficiency—a nod to both modern living standards and environmental responsibility.
