Ross Marchetti
Building Design Manager
Ross is the Building Design Manager for Virtue Homes and Virtue Developments. With over a decade of experience in the industry and a background spanning several design firms, Ross brings a wealth of knowledge in both residential and commercial design. His design portfolio includes projects from medical centres and office buildings to sporting pavilions, showrooms, and custom homes.
Ross’s in-depth understanding of building regulations and innovative design solutions make him an invaluable asset to the Virtue Homes team. He is passionate about delivering exceptional, well-crafted designs that meet clients' needs and bring their vision to life.
Emma Hales
Senior Building Designer
Emma graduated from RMIT University with an Advanced Diploma of Building Design (Architectural) in 2017 and joined the Virtue Homes team in 2021. With a strong background in residential design, she is committed to transforming her clients' visions into practical and beautiful spaces. Emma’s keen attention to detail ensures a smooth, efficient building process, while her love for travel allows her to draw inspiration from diverse architectural styles and cultures, enriching her design approach.
Outside of work, Emma likes to get out and about with her horses and values spending quality time with her partner and her dog, Lily.
Riley Watts
Building Designer
Riley brings a unique appreciation for both classic and modern styles to the Virtue Homes Building Design Team, with a soft spot for mid-century modern design. Riley believes that good design is a result of meticulous attention to detail, a thorough understanding of context, and a dedication to understanding client needs and vision, ultimately translating these factors into a home.
With a love for all things art, architecture and design, Riley was recently awarded as the highest performing graduate of his cohort, having completed an Advanced Diploma of Building Design (Architectural).
Outside of design and drafting, Riley enjoys travelling, photography, and spending time with friends and family.
Hamish Scetrine
Junior Building Designer
Hamish graduated from Holmesglen with an Advanced Diploma in Building Design and also holds a Business Degree. He grew up in Tasmania and moved to Melbourne’s south-east in recent years with his partner to establish roots. Virtue Homes is Hamish’s first venture into the homebuilding industry after a career change. He has fit seamlessly in with the team, bringing a fresh perspective to the Building Design department. Hamish’s eye for detail and creativity lends itself to the unique challenges of custom home design, and he is excelling in his role.
Hamish enjoys hanging out with his wife after work and firing up the barbecue on weekends.
