Virtue Homes offer a complete home building service that includes helping with land selection, floor plan design, colour selection, minimum 6 star energy rating and regular on-site meetings to guide you through the process.
We build new homes for clients throughout Gippsland from Sale and Traralgon, through to Morwell, Moe, Warragul, Drouin and all surrounding areas.
Land Selection
We offer obligation free advice before you purchase land to help you get the best possible fit for your lifestyle and ensure that your new block will meet all your requirements. We can also estimate any site costs that may be needed so that you have all the information you need to make a decision about which land to buy.
Floor Plans
Whether you choose one of our 400+ floor plans or decide to work from a blank canvas, we are here to make sure you get the exact home you are after. Our in-house design team will work closely with you to turn your ideas into action! You also have the option of taking one of our existing plans and making any changes needed to suit your lifestyle. If you already have plans drawn up, we can quote off those plans too! Every client has different needs and we work hard to make sure those needs are met with every custom home we design.
